LS38BLACK Service Wine Cellar with Integrated Air Vacuum Pump

The LS38BLACK service wine cellar represents a major innovation, combining the advanced performance of a temperature-controlled wine cellar with a reliable system to preserve wine once a bottle has been opened. This model features an exclusive technology called PRESERVIN: an air vacuum pump directly integrated into the cellar's cavity.

This clever system creates a vacuum seal in opened bottles, effectively minimizing the harmful effects of oxygen on the wine. Additionally, thanks to a thoughtfully placed metal plate, you can store up to three bottles in a vertical position and use this pump to:

• reduce the amount of air left in the bottle after opening;
• significantly slow down the oxidation process of the wine;
• preserve the wine’s freshness, aromas, and flavors.

Easy to use, the system works by connecting a specially designed stopper (included) to the pump's tube, and pressing the “vacuum” button on the control panel. The process takes just one minute per bottle.

Featuring a single cooling zone, the temperature can be adjusted between 5°C and 20°C. With its sleek design, the wine cellar includes two wire shelves with wooden fronts and two half-shelves.

These half-shelves, placed at the back of the cellar, allow you to store up to three bottles standing upright in front of them.

*The stated capacity is measured according to the European EN62552 standard, which is based on traditional 75cl Bordeaux-style bottles. Using other bottle sizes or adding more shelves will significantly reduce storage capacity. The maximum capacity is calculated with a specific number of shelves, which varies depending on the model.
