La Sommelière, european major actor in the wine cellar market, has selected Léa Perret as ambassador of the new Apogee range. Sacred best young caviste de France in 2022, it now represents an innovative range of cwine aves, connected and controlled remotely.
This launch marked a turning point in collaboration La Sommelière with the largest caviste in France: Nicolas. Just 26 years old, Léa Perret is the rising star of Lyon and French gastronomy. She discovered the most beautiful bottles in the cellar of her grandparents and with her aunt sommelier in Lyon and made it a trade-pass.
Award winner Les Rabelais de la gastronomy in 2021, she also holds the title "Best young caviste de France" since 2022. We met her in the cellar Nicolas de la rue des Jacobins in Lyon, of which she has co-management. She agreed to become the face of our Apogee range, latest innovation La Sommelière which creates a perfect setting to make the most beautiful bottles aged by keeping control, even remotely.

They are available in 9 references: single zone 147, 189 and 254 bottles (full door and glass) and double zone 143, 181 and 247 bottles (glass door only).
